Are you ready to relax? Soothing and satisfying, our health and beauty treatments are designed to take you to a better state of mind. Make sure that you're ready to experience your spa encounter to the fullest by reading our beauty salon policies found below. We want to ensure that all of our guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Learn what to expect when you arrive to our salon so that you enjoy the very best treatment possible.   • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to find parking, check in, enjoy a complimentary beverage and take care of any personal needs.
  • Parking is available in metered spots in front of our salon, or you can park for free nearby at the Northfield Stapleton mall.
  • Pre-book your next appointment and save. Receive a 10% discount on services when you pre-book your next appointment and keep it without moving the date or time.
  • We accept cash and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Sorry, checks are not accepted.
  • Reservations are strongly suggested to book the appointment time and stylist of your choice. We offer a waiting list if the available times do not fit your needs.
  • We will be happy to call, text or email you a reminder of your appointment time.
  • If you have to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. After three last-minute cancellations or no-shows, we will require credit card to hold your next reservation. Our beauty salon policies require that you will be charged 50% of the booked service in case of another last-minute cancellation or no-show.
  • Tips are greatly appreciated.
  • Our salon is not a safe environment for unattended children. We love children, but they must have adult supervision with them at all times unless they are receiving a service.
  • You may exchange hair, skin and body care products if you are not satisfied with them. We will be happy to help you find a product that better suits your needs. Unfortunately we cannot accept returned products from other Aveda outlets; our apologies for the inconvenience.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on makeup or personal blended items.
  • We want you to be happy with the results of your service. Please contact management no later than 7 days after your appointment date and we will do our best to accommodate you with a redo or refund.
