Cancellations:
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. If less than 12 hours is given, a 25% cancellation fee may be charged to your credit card. If no notice is given a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your service will be charged to your credit card.

Returns:
All Aveda products can be returned for an exchange with the exception of aromatherapy personal blends and makeup. Because we know recommending products is an art we offer an “experience counter” for both personal blends and makeup so you can be confident that you have made the right choice.
