Complimentary Services

Each time you visit us you will be offered your choice from a variety of complimentary and discounted services the day of your appointment.  Our goal is to offer you the most relaxing experience possible.  All services are based on availability.

Scheduling

In order to ensure that we are able to get you in the day and time that you need, we recommend scheduling your appointment at least one to two weeks in advance. 

We always offer you the option of pre-booking your next appointment before you leave the salon, this also ensures that you have the appointment you need with the stylist of your choice. 

For your convenience we do call all appointments a week prior to their appointment as well as the day before.

Cancelation Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up and you need to change a scheduled appointment.  We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment.  We may charge a 25% cancelation fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice.  If no notice is given we may charge a 50% cancelation fee.

Returns

We guarantee our products.  You may exchange hair, skin, and body care products if you are not satisfied with them.  We want you to have the products that work best for you and so we are happy to help you choose a product that may better suit your needs.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on makeup or personal blended items.  We do offer an extensive selection of testers so that you can be sure you are choosing the makeup that works the best for you.  We have Aveda experts who are always happy to help you choose the products that are right for you!

Services

We guarantee our services!  We want you to love your hair.  If you are not satisfied with your service we would love the opportunity to perfect your look.  You have seven days from the date of your service to speak to a manager regarding any challenges you may have.

Gift Cards

If you have enjoyed your experience with us we invite you to share it with others!  We offer gift certificates in either a dollar amount or for specific services.
